First of all, check that the pump is working (the water reaches the inside of the oven and moves through the pipes). If everything is ok, it is not from this unit and the fault will continue to occur every time the oven is turned on (code 12014205).
- In 2nd place from the APP of the oven (Home Connect) - > Settings -> Reset to factory settings - this allows you to exit the cycle in which it is descaling (until the oven is de-energized again) and to be able to cook again in steam.
- In 3rd place cook something in steam and if the oven is not able to reach the temperature and constantly empties the tank, the fault is in the evaporator. When the part is changed, the code may be activated several times, until in one attempt to let the process continue to the end. Do not fill the tank too much to let the pump cool down (code 12016506).
in my case the evaporator was bad. it would only have about 20 or 30 uses, so it must not be a very good design.
